Refund policy

Return Period:
You may return items within 5 days of delivery.

Specific Return Terms:
Please refer to the product page for any additional or specific return conditions applicable to particular products.

Product Condition:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all labels and tags intact.

Non-Refundable Charges:
Charges for petticoats are non-refundable.

Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Significantly different from the description or images shown online

Return Approval:
All returns are subject to approval by our Quality Check team.

How to Return a Product

For Logged-In Customers:

  • Visit your order page on our website and follow the online return process.

For Guest Customers:

  • Use the return request link by entering your order number and registered email or phone number.

Online Request:

  • You can raise a return request online without needing to call or email us.

Shipping and Return Charges

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping is free within India.

  • Return Charges: A flat INR 199 restocking and return fee will be charged for returns within India.

  • Exchange Charges: No fees are applicable for exchanges within India.

Refund Process

  • After raising a return request, we will arrange product pickup.

  • The pickup agent will perform a quality check upon collection.

  • On successful pickup and approval, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are credited within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method or  as applicable.

  • All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business  working days.

Return & Cancellation Timeline

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
